Word of mouth is an important part of our business model and to recognise and show our appreciation to our connections, we offer an incentivised referral program.
Connect us with someone you know – a friend, family member, prior colleague, or associate, and if they’re successfully placed, you’ll both be rewarded.
How It Works
Refer a Candidate
Submit your referral using our online Centr. Talent Co Connect referral form. All mandatory fields must be completed to ensure the referral is valid and tracked accurately.
They‘re Hired
The referred candidate successfully completes recruitment process for a Centr. Talent Co position. Completion of recruitment process is defined as a signed offer of employment issued by a Centr. Talent Co client.
You Both Benefit
Once the hire is confirmed:
Referred/Hired Candidate: Receives a $50 visa gift card
Referring Contact: Receives a $100 visa gift card

Referral Process
- Access the Centr. Talent Connect Form online.
- Complete all mandatory fields with both your contact details and those of the candidate you are referring.
- Submit the form online – please ensure the person you’re referring has consented to their information being provided to us.
- We’ll confirm receipt via email and track your referral to provide updates at key recruitment stages.
- Once the referred candidate signs up and a valid offer/contract of employment is completed for a valid Centr. Talent Co role, the vouchers will be issued.
